Could a playground win this?
Possible fit Medium confidence
Playgrounds are not named, but the program accepts capital projects for organizations serving children from birth to age 5, so a play area at a preschool or child care site fits its early learning purpose. A typical award could pay for a play piece, shade or surfacing alongside other funding.
Organizations that serve ages birth-5 years old in Grays Harbor County are eligible to apply for an Early Learning Grant once per year, in addition to other funding opportunities.
