Shipping Method

LTL Freight (Curbside Delivery)

Due to the size and weight of our products — including commercial playground equipment, residential swing sets, site amenities, and related accessories — all orders ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight with curbside delivery. LTL freight is the industry standard for moving large equipment across the contiguous United States. Freight shipping is included in the price of all equipment — there are no freight charges added at checkout.

  • Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.
  • Transit times typically range from 3–10 business days, though delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
  • In-stock orders received by 1:00 PM EST are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Very large orders may ship via FTL (full truckload) or dedicated truck at our discretion for faster, more efficient delivery.

If you order multiple items from the same manufacturer, they will ship together based on the longest lead time among those products. Contact us if you need an item sooner — separate shipments may be available.

Add-On Services

The following services are not included in the standard delivery and require an additional charge. Please contact us at support@parksupplypro.com or (888) 902-9791 before placing your order to request a quote:

  • Liftgate service (required if no forklift or loading dock is available at the delivery location)
  • Inside delivery
  • Specific delivery date or time windows
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories

Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on the color selection of your playground equipment:
QuickShip (Primary and Nature colors): Ships in 3–5 business days.
Custom colors: Available in 10–12 weeks.

Once your order ships, transit time is typically 3–10 business days regardless of color selection.

Note: Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how freight costs are handled in the event of a return.

What to Expect with Curbside Delivery

Curbside delivery means the freight carrier will bring your order to the curb at your delivery address using a tractor-trailer. Here is what you should know:

Scheduling Your Delivery

The freight company will contact you at the phone number on your order to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be present to receive and unload the shipment.
We recommend asking the carrier to call you 30–45 minutes before the driver arrives so you are not waiting around.

For commercial addresses, delivery will only be scheduled if specifically requested.

Unloading Your Order

With curbside delivery, the driver's responsibility is to pull the truck to the curb and give you access to the trailer. The customer is responsible for unloading all items from the truck.
Most shipments arrive bundled, crated, or palletized and can be broken down into manageable pieces. Larger orders may include 20 or more boxes.
We recommend having at least one other person available to help with unloading.
Have a box cutter or knife ready to cut through plastic wraps and banding. For crated shipments, a crowbar or power drill may also be helpful.
You will need a camera (or phone) and a pen to document the shipment and sign paperwork.
You may be responsible for disposing of pallets and packaging materials, though the carrier may offer to take pallets that are in good condition.

Access Limitations

In some cases, the delivery truck may not be able to enter your street or subdivision due to low-hanging wires, narrow roads, or local ordinances. In these situations, you may need to meet the driver at the nearest accessible location.

Receiving Your Shipment

Receiving a freight shipment requires a bit more attention than a standard parcel delivery. Taking a few extra minutes during the delivery process protects you in the event of damage or missing items.

Please follow these steps:

  • Photograph the shipment. Before unloading anything, take 4–6 photos of the shipment as it sits on the truck. This documents the condition of your order at arrival.
  • Inspect before unloading. Before removing any items, visually inspect the entire shipment for scratches, dents, crushed boxes, or other signs of transit damage.
  • Take a detailed inventory. Check every item against the bill of lading (BOL) the driver provides and any shipping manifest or packing slip included in the shipment. Count every box and piece.
  • Note any issues on the paperwork. If anything is damaged, missing, or does not match the paperwork, write it directly on the driver's delivery receipt before signing. Be as specific as possible.
  • Sign the paperwork. Your signature confirms receipt of the shipment. Any damage or shortages noted at this time will be covered under our replacement guarantee (see below).
  • Send documentation to us. Photograph the signed paperwork and email it along with all shipment photos to support@parksupplypro.com.

Damaged or Missing Items

Reporting Damage or Shortages at Delivery

Critical: Signing the delivery paperwork without noting damage or shortages releases both Park Supply Pro and the carrier from replacement responsibility. You will be responsible for purchasing any missing or damaged parts and associated costs.
We guarantee replacement parts at no charge as long as any damage, defects, or missing pieces are documented on the delivery paperwork at the time of delivery. To file a claim, email all photos and a copy of the annotated paperwork to support@parksupplypro.com.

Refusing a Shipment

In most cases, you should accept your delivery and note any damage on the paperwork — minor issues like scratches or dents can be resolved with replacement parts or touch-up materials. You should only refuse a shipment if the order has been severely damaged to the point that a primary component is unsafe, defective, or the shipment cannot be reasonably inventoried.

If you believe you need to refuse a shipment, please call us at (888) 902-9791 before doing so. We are happy to help you make the right decision.

Concealed Damage or Missing Items

If your shipment appeared fine at delivery but you later discover damaged or missing items after unpacking, this is referred to as concealed damage. To report concealed damage, you will need the photos you took at delivery and a copy of the signed paperwork. Please email these to support@parksupplypro.com as soon as possible. Refer to our Terms of Service for additional details on concealed damage claims.
