A shared grant cycle run by the Otsego Community Foundation with local funding partners. Nonprofits serving Otsego County fill out one online application, and several funders review it. The program supports larger projects and programs, including new projects and one-time purchases.
Could a playground win this?
Possible fit Medium confidence
Playgrounds are not named, but the program funds a wide range of nonprofit projects, including one-time purchases. Seed grants also suit cases where this grant is a small part of a larger project, so it could pay for part of a playground alongside other money.
Apply for an expansion grant if... an OCF grant would help maintain a current program or project and/or a one time purchase supports the continued success of the organization.
We recommend applying for a seed grant if.... this is a new project or a one time event for your organization, an OCF grant is a small portion of the overall project, and/or you have not applied to OCF before.
