Could a playground win this?

Possible fit Low confidence

Playgrounds are not named, but improving the enjoyment of life in Osgood fits a community playground. The grant could pay for part of one, such as shade, benches or surfacing.

The Frank Tarter Community Trust Fund (#403) and the Ray Herman & Louise Herman-Crum Memorial Endowment Fund (#418) were established to improve the quality and enjoyment of life for the residents of Osgood and the rural area surrounding Osgood.
