Youth In Philanthropy Grants fund school or community projects in the Northland Foundation region that are led by children and youth with the support of an adult advisor. Student groups planning a hands-on improvement project should look here.

Could a playground win this?

Possible fit Low confidence

A youth-led school or community project, such as students improving a playground, could fit, but playgrounds are not named. A grant this size could pay for a bench, shade sail, plantings or one small play piece alongside other funding.

Grants up to $1,000 are awarded 3x per year for school or community projects led by children and youth, with the support of an adult advisor, within the region.
